Title: Operations Lead (RevOps & CS Ops)

Role Overview:
Reporting to the VP Finance this role will own end-to-end operations for both Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Customer Success Operations (CS Ops) teams. This is a high-impact role blending strategy, execution, and automation to boost ARR, retention, and efficiency in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
  • RevOps Leadership: Oversee sales ops, marketing ops, and finance ops alignment; implement CRM workflows, pricing models, and forecasting to accelerate pipeline velocity and revenue predictability.
  • CS Ops Ownership: Lead customer onboarding, success playbooks, churn prediction, and expansion strategies; integrate tools to drive NPS and lifetime value.
  • Process Optimization: Design scalable SOPs, automate workflows using AI tools (e.g., Zapier, agentic AI), and eliminate bottlenecks across go-to-market functions.
  • Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and grow member teams; partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance for data integrity and GTM alignment.
  • Performance Analytics: Build dashboards for real-time insights; conduct quarterly audits to refine ops strategies amid geopolitical/macro shifts.
Key Skills:
  • 8+ years in SaaS ops (RevOps/CS Ops), with 4+ years leading teams at startups/scale-ups.
  • Proven track record scaling SaaS metrics (ARR >$10M preferred).
  • Expertise in CRM/ops stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and AI automation.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with SQL/Python for ops analytics.
  • Bonus: Vertical SaaS background.
