Position: Lead Development Specialist

Role Overview 
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management and analysis, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. This role will be crucial in maintaining and enriching our customer database, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and providing valuable insights into our customer base.

Responsibilities 
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct data cleansing and deduplication activities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel to track key metrics and provide insights into customer data.
  • Utilize database tools such as Apollo.io and ZoomInfo to research and enrich customer profiles.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles and contribute to the ongoing refinement of these profiles.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide data support for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Proactively learn and adapt to new database tools and technologies as needed.
  • Document database processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills 
  • Graduate with 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, functions, and data analysis.
  • Experience with database tools such as Apollo.io or ZoomInfo is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of customer profiles and segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Interest to develop in lead generation/sales support roles
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
